If your vehicle is inoperable due to collision damage, we can arrange for a tow service to pick up your vehicle and bring it to our repair facility for assessment of damages. If you are unsure about the safety of driving or fear causing more extensive damage, it is better to call our facility and one of our technicians can address your concerns, and if necessary arrange for a tow service to your location along with transportation for you and other passengers.

Tow service is included with most insurance policies. We advise checking with your insurance agent first for coverage or if you need assistance we can check on your policy coverage for you.

The Value in Precision

When a vehicle is an accident, the structural frame or I-Frame may require straightening. To be within the tolerance of the manufacturer's specifications for an automotive model's design is a small tolerance margin equivalent to the thickness of a dime. This measure is very small; approximately 1 millimeter, requiring precise accuracy.

If the frame correction exceeds this margin, the vehicle frame can cause instability and lessen automotive control, a potential hazard in future driving conditions. Improper correction can also lead to excessive wear and tear on the vehicle's tires and mechanical parts inducing poor performance, and in some cases failure.
