Notify us ahead of time if you think you will need a car rental and we can make preliminary arrangements to have a car waiting for you when you bring your vehicle in for service.

When you are given an estimate for damage repair you will also be provided an approximate length of time to repair your vehicle. When you make a decision on the repair service, we can arrange a rental car for your convenience with one of our affiliate rental companies, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hertz Rent-A- Car. If you have rental car coverage with your insurance policy, we can advise you of options available under policy guidelines to ensure your coverage. For direct payment of repair expenses, we provide you with options for rental cars and their respective expense.

All rental cars are delivered to our facility when your vehicle is presented for repair. A representative with one of the rental companies will go over the rental car agreement with you at the point of vehicle drop off. When your vehicle is ready for pick-up, you can return your rental car to Eurocollision and we will conclude your rental car check in process.

Occasionally the repair process may involve an extension of time to cover unforeseen damage repair or may be due to delivery of a specific part. In this case, we will provide your insurance company with an addendum for the additional time and rental expense with an explanation for extension. If you are paying for your own rental, we will call you and advise you of the circumstance so you can make a decision as to whether you wish to extend your rental period. Every effort is taken to expedite the repair process as we have a comprehensive labor performance and distribution network to minimize the repair cycle time.

The Value in Precision

When a vehicle is an accident, the structural frame or I-Frame may require straightening. To be within the tolerance of the manufacturer's specifications for an automotive model's design is a small tolerance margin equivalent to the thickness of a dime. This measure is very small; approximately 1 millimeter, requiring precise accuracy.
